Most products will be shipped out within 5 working days. Customized products (e.g. wooden kits for Rocket, Niche Zero, etc) are made to order and generally take 1 - 2 weeks to dispatch.
Shipping Policy
Our products are dispatched from Singapore or China based on inventory and the location of the manufacturing workshop. Most packages arrive in 20 days depending on your location. Shipping estimates are displayed in product page based historical orders.
Returns and refunds
We are glad to accept returns and exchanges if the items do not meet your expectation. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days. Please consider using secured shipping with insurance and tracking to avoid any potential damage to the item. We will issue a full refund once the package arrives safely.

Cancellations

Items that can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders (such as products with custom engraving).
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

소재 및 사용법
상단 원목 뚜껑은 원두 투입 시 분리할 수 있습니다. 원목 부품은 선택하신 월넛 또는 화이트 오크를 사용하여 수작업으로 제작되며 왁스 오일로 마감됩니다. 벨로우즈는 실리콘 소재입니다. 잔량 감소 정도는 그라인더 기종, 원두 상태 및 환경에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.
안전 주의사항: 바이패스 부품은 그라인더 본래의 뚜껑 센서 작동 방식을 변경합니다. 제조업체의 안전 지침을 준수하고, 작동 중인 버(burr)에 손을 가까이하지 마십시오. 액세서리 설치나 유지보수 전에는 반드시 전원을 차단하십시오. 구동 부품이 노출된 상태에서는 절대 그라인더를 작동하지 마십시오.
