Most products will be shipped out within 5 working days. Customized products (e.g. wooden kits for Rocket, Niche Zero, etc) are made to order and generally take 1 - 2 weeks to dispatch.
Shipping Policy
Our products are dispatched from Singapore or China based on inventory and the location of the manufacturing workshop. Most packages arrive in 20 days depending on your location. Shipping estimates are displayed in product page based historical orders.
Returns and refunds
We are glad to accept returns and exchanges if the items do not meet your expectation. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days. Please consider using secured shipping with insurance and tracking to avoid any potential damage to the item. We will issue a full refund once the package arrives safely.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order by contacting us. Cancellations are generally allowed. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order.
Items that can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders (such as products with custom engraving).
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

상단 패널은 머신별로 전용 제작되므로 올바른 모델을 선택해 주십시오. Linea Mini R의 경우, 본 디자인 설명과 같이 기존 금속 상단 패널 위에 원목 패널을 배치합니다. 다른 세대의 Linea Mini를 사용 중이신 경우, 당사에 설치 방법을 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.
물이나 커피를 쏟았을 경우 즉시 닦아내어 표면을 건조하게 유지해 주십시오. 천연 원목의 특성상 나뭇결과 색상은 제품마다 다를 수 있으며, 다른 목재 제품과 마찬가지로 장시간의 열과 습기에 반응할 수 있습니다.
