Most products will be shipped out within 5 working days. Customized products (e.g. wooden kits for Rocket, Niche Zero, etc) are made to order and generally take 1 - 2 weeks to dispatch.
Shipping Policy
Our products are dispatched from Singapore or China based on inventory and the location of the manufacturing workshop. Most packages arrive in 20 days depending on your location. Shipping estimates are displayed in product page based historical orders.
Returns and refunds
We are glad to accept returns and exchanges if the items do not meet your expectation. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days. Please consider using secured shipping with insurance and tracking to avoid any potential damage to the item. We will issue a full refund once the package arrives safely.

Items that can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders (such as products with custom engraving).

설치 방법
설치 전 머신의 전원을 끄고 완전히 식혀주세요. 온도계는 그룹 헤드 전면의 해당 나사를 대신하여 장착됩니다. 육각 렌치가 필요할 수 있으며, 제품에 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 사용 중인 머신에 올바른 M6 장착 포인트가 있는지, 충분한 공간이 확보되어 있는지 확인하세요. 모든 E61 스타일 그룹 헤드의 구조가 동일하지는 않습니다.
측정값 이해하기
본 탐침은 그룹 헤드 내 위치한 지점의 온도를 측정하며, 커피 퍽에 닿는 물의 정확한 온도를 나타내는 것은 아닙니다. 오차는 머신의 설계, 작동 조건, 센서 배치에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 보편적인 보정 계수를 적용하기보다는 본인 머신만의 일관된 참고 지표로 활용하시기 바랍니다.
