Most products will be shipped out within 5 working days. Customized products (e.g. wooden kits for Rocket, Niche Zero, etc) are made to order and generally take 1 - 2 weeks to dispatch.
Shipping Policy
Our products are dispatched from Singapore or China based on inventory and the location of the manufacturing workshop. Most packages arrive in 20 days depending on your location. Shipping estimates are displayed in product page based historical orders.
Returns and refunds
We are glad to accept returns and exchanges if the items do not meet your expectation. The item must be returned in its original condition within 14 days. Please consider using secured shipping with insurance and tracking to avoid any potential damage to the item. We will issue a full refund once the package arrives safely.

Cancellations

Items that can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders (such as products with custom engraving).
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

소재 및 호환성
핸들은 선택하신 수종(표준 소재: 월넛)으로 수제작되며, 장식용 스테인리스 스틸 링이 부착되어 있습니다. 본 상품 페이지의 이미지 선택기에서 상시 제공되는 대체 목재를 선택하실 수 있으며, 목록에 없는 특수 목재는 별도로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다. 포함된 바텀리스 헤드는 304 스테인리스 스틸 소재로 제작되었으며 M12 핸들 규격을 사용합니다.
본 헤드는 일부 라 마르조코 및 E61 스타일 구성에 맞게 설계되었으나, 머신에 따라 포타필터 이어(귀)와 장착 상태가 다를 수 있습니다. M12 나사산 규격은 핸들 결합부를 의미하며, 이것만으로 헤드가 해당 그룹 헤드에 맞는지 보장하지는 않습니다. 구매 전 반드시 보유하신 머신 및 포타필터와의 호환 여부를 확인해 주십시오.
