Product Features

This automatic espresso shot timer senses when a shot has started and displays the shot time in seconds. The timer automatically stops when the barista stops the shot, resets after 30 seconds, and records the most recent shot time.

• Designed to adapt to pre-brew workflows, the counting excludes the pre-infusion pause stage and resets itself when the solenoid valve reactivates for final brewing.
• Features a high-resolution LCD screen with a backlight (not just the shot time display version).
• Designed for the La Marzocco Linea Micra but compatible with other machines as well.
• Installation guide is included.

Compatibility

Compatible with any machine using 24V, 120V, or 220V grouphead (3-way) solenoids (AC, not DC).

Supported Machines:

1. Quick Mill Silvano, Faema E61 Jubile, Gaggia Classic, Avanti Siena Deluxe with E61, Nuova Simonelli Music, Rancilio Silvia, Dalla Corte Mina.
2. Most La Marzocco Machines, including:
   • Linea Mini, Linea Classic EE and AV, Linea PB AV and ABR, GS3, GB5, Strada AV, EE, and EP.
   • Incompatible with MP models, such as Linea MP, Linea PB MP, Strada MP, or GS3 MP.

Not Supported:

• E61 Grouphead Espresso Machines: Includes most "prosumer" machines made by Quickmill, Rocket, and ECM.
• Slayer Espresso Machines: Most Slayer machines use DC solenoids, making them incompatible.

Q: I read a review that the magnet is weak.
A: In the images or videos provided, you may have noticed the timer securely attached to the machine. We intentionally opted for a thin magnet to maintain the device's sleek profile, although it may have weaker magnetism. Despite this, it's sturdy enough to keep the timer in place during regular use, as demonstrated in the video. However, if you prefer a stronger attachment, we're open to applying double-sided nano tape to the back of the timer for added security.

Q: How long does the shot time hold before redirecting to the main lion logo?
A: The shot time holds for 30 seconds, and the timer goes to sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity. Sliding the paddle will reactivate the timer.
